Sometimes my prayer life does inexplicable strange leaps into a new thinking. A few days ago just after meditation a couple words popped into my head out of nowhere: Infinite Fracturing. Something inside let me know these were important to explore. To The Internet! Guess what? Fractals (Infinite fractured). For those who like me only know fractals as "Oooh pretty!" here is a link to a page called "Fractals, in Layman's terms". Basically, as far as my mathematically challenged brain has been able to figure out, fractals are patterns that no matter how closely examined or how far away you get are self-similar and infinitely repeating. Though a fractal may appear almost exactly the same it may also have wide variation within it's similarity. Clear?
So why would these two words "Infinite Fracturing" spontaneously appear in my head followed by the introduction to concept of fractals I found on the web? Well this is what has come to me. God is Infinite Fracturing: "I am that I am". Doesn't that statement seem like a verbal fractal to you? Does to me. Then it came to me how God is integral. That God's perfect nature insists on self-similarity no matter how closely examined nor how vastly comprehended. I can see the totality of the Divine in a droplet of water under a electron microscope or by a revelatory vision of the Eagle Nebula through the Hubble telescope. Each image of God through divergent religions and beliefs is self-similar despite their apparent variability. As I have explored different belief systems I have heard the same voice speaking similar truths to me through variant but similar leaders, wisdoms, and practices. I've found the same wisdom of Jesus in the Tao Te Chang, in the poetry of Rumi, in the teachings of Buddha, and so on into infinity. And so I say that "I am", the way that you say "I am" when referring to yourself, and the language may differ, the tone, the context, but so says God.
"HE LOOKED UP TO HEAVEN
AND WITH A DEEP SIGH SAID
EPHPHATHA" (WHICH IS BE OPENED). IMMEDIATELY HIS EARS WERE OPENED, HIS
SPEECH DIFFICULTY WAS REMOVED, AND HE BEGAN TO SPEAK CLEARLY."

This is a journal in which I consider the wonders, thoughts, questions, troubles, joys and hopes I have concerning faith, belief, spiritual practice, religion, wisdom and Love
I often refer to the Bible. Although I have experienced many other faiths as well, I'm not as well educated in them as Christianity, so I can’t as easily offer up examples. If you have stories from your faith that would help me illustrate any of these subjects, please, send them to me: email@example.com
